Women’s Health Deserves a Wider Lens
Sometimes the change is physical.
Changes in mood, anxiety, sleep, energy, focus, weight, metabolism, stress tolerance, and overall well-being can emerge from many overlapping factors across a woman's life.
At R4, we don't begin by assuming the answer is psychiatric, hormonal, or anything else.
We begin by listening, evaluating, and connecting the pieces.
Care may explore:
- Mood, anxiety, stress, and emotional changes
- Sleep, fatigue, focus, and cognitive concerns
- Weight, metabolism, energy, and physical well-being
- Perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal changes
- Medications, supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle
- Individualized laboratory evaluation when indicated
- Nervous system health and stress regulation
- Coordination with other providers when additional expertise is needed
The goal is clarity:
To help you understand what may be contributing to how you feel and create an individualized path forward.
What Care May Look Like
Recommendations may include lifestyle and nutritional strategies, targeted supplementation, medication when appropriate, nervous system support, or discussion of evidence-based hormone therapy when clinically indicated.
When additional evaluation or specialty care is needed, R4 can also help coordinate the next step.
Feel informed. Feel supported. Feel like yourself again.
You deserve more than being told that what you're experiencing is simply part of getting older.
The goal is to help you understand what has changed, make informed decisions about your health, and move into this next stage of life feeling stronger and more like yourself.
